For letters if you have a headed paper saved as a word document we can type straight on to it; otherwise if you let us know the margins for your heading we will ensure that your letters print out correctly when we return them to you as word documents.

Please note: This only applies to good quality digital recordings- assuming clear recording with minimal background noise and no strong accents.
