Anne and the team at Penguin Office Services are great to work with. I approached Anne with a very short deadline for transcribing 25 oral history interviews, of various lengths ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hrs, for a major local history project that I am currently working on. Even though time was short, Anne managed to get all the transcriptions to us way before the agreed deadline. The final transcriptions are of a very high standard and we will definitely be using POS again in the near future. Thank you from all of us at GAP.
